ServiceMonster 5.0 Update



Tonight we will be rolling out ServiceMonster 5.0, an update to our software which will enable cross-platform compatibility. This means that from now on, you will be able to view and use ServiceMonster in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, or any major internet browser. You will also be able to use our software from a PC or a Mac.

If you choose to continue using Internet Explorer, you may need to disable your Compatibility View settings. Here are instructions for how to do this:


First Method:compatibility view settings

Step 1) In Internet Explorer, hold down the “Alt” key and press “T.”

Step 2) While still holding down the “Alt” key, press “B.”

Step 3) Be sure that http://servicemonster.net IS NOT listed in the “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.” If it is, select it and click “Remove.”

Step 4) Be sure the “Display all websites in Compatibility View” option is NOT checked.

Alternative Method:

Step 1) In Internet Explorer, go to the top menu and click on “Tools.”

Step 2) In the drop-down menu that appears, click on “Compatibility View Settings.”

Step 3) Same as Step 3 above.

Step 4) Same as Step 4 above.
