How to add IE Tab in Chrome

As a way to get around any browser compatibility issues you may be encountering, we recommend that clients use IE tab in Google Chrome to access ServiceMonster.

To add IE Tab in Chrome, first you need to install Chrome as an internet browser on your computer.

To do this, visit http://chrome.com and click on the blue “Download Now” button. Make sure to save the file to an easy-to-find location, such as the desktop.

Once Chrome has finished downloading, double-click on the file to install it on your computer, following the Installation Wizard’s instructions. When Chrome is finished installing you can open it to browse the internet just as you would with Internet Explorer or Firefox.

With Chrome open, type:

into the address bar and click “Enter.” You should see the following options:

Click on the “Get IE Tab for Chrome” option. On the page that opens, click on the blue button in the top right to add IE tab to Chrome.

Congratulations: IE Tab is now installed!

To open your IE tab inside Chrome, right-click anywhere on the page. From the menu that pops up, hover your mouse over “IE Tab Options” and then click on “Open in current tab” or “Open IE tab.”

In the tab that you have just opened, you may now log in to ServiceMonster as you normally would using the BLUE address bar with the Internet Explorer icon. Refer to the image below for clarification:
